Purchasing
I have several items that I produce in batches or as one offs which can be purchased directly from my site. I do not list products that are not in stock already, so there should be little wait time from ordering till I can ship your product.
I also am looking to take custom pieces. To do this, go through my contact form for a custom project and I will get in contact with you so that we can collaborate on a piece that will last generations.
Lead Time
For products bought directly from my site, I will ship as soon as possibly, usually within a week of purchase.
For custom products, it depends on several factors such as the wait list, the complexity of the project, ability to acquire the necessary materials, etc.
If you need a piece expedited, it can be arranged at an additional cost.
Shipping & Delivery
For smaller items (such as utensils), shipping cost is based on a flat rate.
For larger items, or custom items, shipping may be on a case by case basis.
I am more than willing in helping the customer with setting up shipping for larger items so we both feel comfortable.
Refund & Return
I stand by my craftsmanship, but I also understand that people can change their minds. If you are unhappy with your purchase, I am willing to accept the return and refund the price of the product. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
For custom pieces, I do not accept returns unless there is a fault in the craftsmanship, in which case, my guarantee covers this and can be discussed with the customer.
If any product is returned and found to be damaged beyond what was reported to require the return, I reserve the right to charge repair fees.
Cancellations
Cancellations are by a case by case basis. It is based on where in the process I am in a project, and I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee appropriate to the work that has been put in.
